Having been fired from most of the jobs he’s had, it’s fortunate that Chad began to demonstrate his entrepreneurial aptitude in 4th grade. Since then, he managed to complete a few college degrees and be part of building more than a few businesses, including OutsideAgents.com. Chad loves cars, kids, comedy, and values growth over results all day long. “Be cool unto others” is his mantra and Spectrum is the embodiment of his belief.

The family owned business focuses on connecting travel suppliers and host agencies to a collection of over 80,000 Travel Professionals. Andy Ogg is legally blind due to a genetic disease known as Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP). While Andy’s sight continues to worsen, his attitude, demeanor and vision is clear. Andy Ogg uses a white mobility cane to navigate and with the help of his wife and two daughters, lives a full and fun life in Surprise, AZ.
